About Me:
I am an Ambassador for the National Wildlife Federations Wildlife Habitat Program, leader of the Moorhead Community Habitat Program (come visit the programs group site), member of the Fargo.Moorhead Earth Week Committee, Audubon Society, Wild Ones Organization and Active Advocate for Defenders of Wildlife, Earth Justice and Center for Biological Diversity. I also am the owner and operator of 3 Little Birds Landscaping which specializes in creating Wildlife Habitats and Landscape Maintenance.

Everyday I try to spread the word about Going Green and helping the Environment locally and nationally. I mostly try to reach the younger generations and show them how easy it is to be an active environmental advocte.

I have 3 kids, ages 1, 7 and 8, and my two oldest are helping me with our Birds For Brains project that we had entered in the Nim's Island Environmental Contest.

I welcome all of you to network with me on any environmental issues and am very excited about the possibilities of this site.

How I became passionate.

I have always loved wildlife, nature and the environment from the times I spent watching Merlin Perkins and Jim Fowler on Wild Kingdom and Grizzley Adams when I was a kid to getting a job out of High School at the Dakota Zoo in Bismarck, ND, studying wildlife management at NDSU and doing research for 4 months on Prarie Dogs in the Petrified Forest, AZ. I saw an American Kestrel near my backyard today!!!! Don't mind me it's just one of my favorite birds and I haven't seen one in a very long time let alone seeing one near my house.
